Community Comment - Beach Access Path Upgrades

The Town of Cottesloe is proposing to upgrade beach access paths S10, S12, N6 and N7.

The proposal involves the relocation of S10 to provide a better connection from the existing grassed area and parking, as well as provision of timber stairs at this location. S12 will also be upgraded to hardwood timber steps and changes to parking are also proposed at this location.

At N6, it is proposed to upgrade the existing sand ladder, with minor realignments to the path, and at N7, it is proposed to refurbish the existing sand ladder. Upgrades to the nodal interfaces with the footpaths, parking and/or laydown/shower areas are proposed at all four locations.
