Bookings
The classic elegance and landscaped gardens of the Cottesloe Civic Centre, make it one of Perth's premier venues, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. It is perfect for weddings, formal corporate dinners, cocktail receptions and film and photo shoots. Set amongst beautifully manicured lawns and gardens, this outstanding venue offers a choice of versatile areas including the Main Lawn, with the sun setting over the ocean as a backdrop, or the romantic and historic War Memorial Town Hall, with stunning jarrah wood details. Also included in the Civic Centre grounds in the Lesser Hall, which is available for public use.
If you are interested in holding an event at the Civic Centre or beachfront please fill out the event application form available by clicking here. Please note that not all events are approved and you must submit your application at least 60 days before the event. Generally most larger sporting/community events will need to go through Council for their approval.
Civic Centre Hall Hire
There are two halls for hire at the Civic Centre. These are the War Memorial Town Hall (also known as the Jarrah Room) or Lesser Hall.
Civic Centre Hire
The Civic Centre and grounds can be hired for a range of bookings and events. The Civic Centre gardens is public space and therefore no section of the lawns are hired on an exclusive use basis.

Cottesloe Beach Hire
Cottesloe and North Cottesloe Beach are both iconic beachfronts of Western Australia. There are limitations to the type of events that the Town of Cottesloe allows to take place. Please click here to find out more information about booking events on the Cottesloe beachfront.
Commerical Filming and Photo Shoots
Cottelose beachfront and the Civic Centre grounds can be hired for commercial filming and photgraphy shoots. Click here to find out more information regarding this type of booking.
