The event began in Bondi, Sydney in 1997 when David Handley the Foundation Director wanted to create a free to the public major exhibition of arts. Each year the Town of Cottesloe purchases a peice of art from the exhibition and places it in the Cottesloe area. Please click here to see details of these peices of art.
