Council Agenda and Minutes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS:

The next Town of Cottesloe Council Meetings will be held at the Civic Centre in Council Chambers, 109 Broome Street commencing at 6pm.

Council meetings are subject to the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting, which includes capacity limits. 

Questions or statements can also be submitted prior to the meeting to town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au . Responses to questions given at Ordinary Council Meetings or Special Council Meetings will appear in the Council minutes. Responses to questions taken on notice will be in writing and also appear in the upcoming Council agenda on the website 72 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with the Local Government Act.

Agendas will be available on the Friday before the meeting at Council Agenda and Minutes.

Council Meetings commence at 6.00pm, generally on the fourth Tuesday of every month. 

Agenda Forums commence at 6.00pm, generally on the third Tuesday of every month.

 

Agenda Forum and Council Meeting Dates

Agendas will be available under the relevant month 72 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with the Local Government Act.

This is important for Council meetings and access to the agenda, attachments and minutes.

Minutes will be available under the relevant month 10 days after the date of the Ordinary Council Meeting in accordance with the Local Government Act.

Public Question and Statement Time

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings and Agenda Forums but are not permitted to take part in Council debates. Rather, a question may be presented during Public Question Time or a statement made during Public Statement Time.

To help members of the public participate, and enhance relationships with its community, the Council allows public questions to be asked and public statements to be made at Council meetings and Agenda Forums.
