Council Agenda and Minutes

Council Meetings commence at 6.00pm, generally on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Agenda Forums are generally held on the third Tuesday of every month at 6.00pm

The Chief Executive Officer and the Managers also attend Council meetings to assist the Councillors with information as required. The Council meetings follow a formal written agenda, which sets out the order and details of business to be discussed. Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe, WA, 6011.

Council Meeting and Agenda Forum Dates

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings and Agenda Forums but are not permitted to take part in Council debates. Rather, a question may be presented during Public Question Time or a statement made during Public Statement Time.

To help members of the public participate, and enhance relationships with its community, the Council allows public questions to be asked and public statements to be made at Council meetings and Agenda Forums.
