Request for Repair or to Change Bin Services

Should changes, repairs or replacements be required for a waste bin service, the PROPERTY OWNER (or Strata/ Body Corporate for multi-residential properties) is required to give written permission as a fee may be charged in accordance with the Town's Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Changes to Residential Bin Services

Current Fees for bins are:

120L General Waste additional bin $70
240L FOGO /Recycle replacement bin $75
240L FOGO /Recycle additional bin $75
All Bin repairs $27

Fees for the Servicing of additional bins are added to your annual property rates. Current fees are:

120L General Waste additional bin (per annum, fortnightly collection) $200   
240L Recycle Waste additional bin (per annum, fortnightly collection) $110 
240L FOGO Waste additional bin (per annum, weekly collection) $250

Changes to bin services cannot be processed over the phone.

For requests for bin repairs or replacements, please ensure the bin is accessible for removal or repair. Requests are generally actioned within five working days.

Changes to Commercial Bin Services

 If you wish to make a change to your Commercial bin service contract, the business or property owner should complete a Commercial Waste Collection Service Contract Form 

If you require a repair or replacement to your Commercial Waste bin, the business or property owner should complete Request to Repair or Replace Commercial Bin Form
