The Town of Cottesloe has an opportunity for a highly experienced support services and engagement professional to join our Corporate and Community Services team.


As the successful candidate, you will possess a broad skill set which combines a strong administrative and executive support capability, with a keen aptitude for community and stakeholder engagement. You will be equipped with the skills to provide executive support to the Director of Corporate and Community Services, whilst delivering a customer focused governance support function across the organisation and wider community. You will play an integral role in developing a culture of quality, and industry best practice across the Corporate and Community Services area.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Significant and relevant administrative experience at an equivalent level
  • Experience in community engagement activities including data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills including experience in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders; and
  • A demonstrated high standard of written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
