The Town of Cottesloe has an opportunity for a highly experienced support services and administrative professional to join our Corporate and Community Services team.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a broad skill set which combines a strong administrative and executive support capability, with a keen technological aptitude and talent for multitasking. You will be equipped with the skills to provide executive support to the Director of Corporate and Community Services, whilst delivering a governance and administrative support function across the Directorate. You will play an integral role in developing a culture of quality, and industry best practice across the Corporate and Community Services area.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Significant and relevant customer focused administrative experience at an equivalent level
  • Previous experience in meeting coordination including minute taking
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work constructively with a diverse range of people
  • A demonstrated high standard of written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail, and;
  • Strong computer literacy, technological aptitude and ability to multitask
