Public Question Time/Public Statement Time:

Residents may address a committee or Council meeting for a maximum of 3 minutes on any particular agenda item during Public Statement Time. Members of the public may also ask questions of the Presiding Member of each meeting during Public Question Time. The minimum time set aside for the asking of public questions is 15 minutes. 

In the interests of efficient meeting procedure, please complete the appropriate form(s) below and hand to the Presiding Member prior to the commencement of each meeting.

Unless otherwise stated, the Development Services Committee and the Works & Corporate Services Committee meetings are held in the Mayor's Parlour, Cottesloe Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street.

Development Services Committee commences at 6pm

Works & Corporate Services Committee commences at 7pm
