With the implementation of the Town's new software solutions, please be advised that the upcoming Financial Year 2025/26 Annual Rate Notices will have a new layout and previous reference numbers used when making rates payments to the Town will no longer be valid.

The new reference number is a ten-digit number that can be found on your Rates Notice. Please be sure to look for this number to use as the new reference number when you are making rates transactions.
