The Department of the Attorney General provides detailed information in relation to Justices of the Peace.
The Office of the Justice of the Peace is a statutory position that involves a range of duties and responsibilities - most commonly witnessing of documents such as passport applications and wills.
The Grove Library have a visiting Justice of the Peace at 'The Pod', every Wednesday between 1100 and 1300, for document witnessing. This is a free 'drop-in' service and as such, no appointments are necessary or taken.
