Request for Repair or to Change Bin Services
Should changes be required for a waste bin service, the PROPERTY OWNER (or Strata/ Body Corporate for multi-residential properties) is required to give written permission as a fee may be charged in accordance with the Town's Schedule of Fees and Charges.
Changes to Residential Bin Services
Current Fees for bins are:

Fees for the servicing of additional bins are added to your annual property rates. Financial year 2025/2026 fees are:

Changes to bin services cannot be processed over the phone.
For requests for bin repairs or replacements, please ensure the bin is accessible for removal or repair. Requests are generally actioned within five working days.
