T02/2026 – Event Management Services 

The Town of Cottesloe is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders for the provision of event management services at the Cottesloe Civic Centre precinct. 

This includes the management of private, commercial and corporate events such as weddings and conferences, including bookings coordination and delivery of events. The successful contractor may provide all aspects of event delivery, including catering, food and beverage, equipment and associated services, as detailed in the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. 

The Town will retain responsibility for the delivery of its community events and programming, with the successful contractor working in partnership to support the overall use and activation of the Civic Centre. 

An information session and site inspection will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am on Monday, 29 June 2026, at the Town of Cottesloe Lesser Hall. Attendance at this session is a pre-requisite for tender consideration.
