Council Agenda and Minutes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS:

All future Council Meetings and Agenda Forums will now be held electronically.  Unfortunately this means that members from the public will be unable to participate directly.  Questions or statements can be lodged prior to the meeting at council@cottesloe.wa.gov.au. Responses will be in writing and agendas/minutes will be available as usual on the Town’s website.  If an in-person meeting is required it will be held in the War Memorial Hall at Cottesloe Civic Centre. The next Agenda Forum will be held on Tuesday, 21 April at 6pm and the next Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 28 April at 6pm.

 

Council Meetings commence at 6.00pm, generally on the fourth Tuesday of every month. 

Agenda Forums commence at 6.00pm, generally on the third Tuesday of every month

The Agenda Forum Meetings take place in the Mayor's Parlour and Ordinary Council Meetings take place in the Council Chamber, at the Civic Centre, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe, WA, 6011.

 

Agenda Forum and Council Meeting Dates

Agendas will be available under the relevant month 72 hours prior to the meeting in accordance with the Local Government Act. 

Upcoming Meeting Agendas

Minutes will be available under the relevant month 10 days after the date of the meeting in accordance with the Local Government Act.

Public Question and Statement Time

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings and Agenda Forums but are not permitted to take part in Council debates. Rather, a question may be presented during Public Question Time or a statement made during Public Statement Time.

To help members of the public participate, and enhance relationships with its community, the Council allows public questions to be asked and public statements to be made at Council meetings and Agenda Forums.
