Street Address Amendment Application
The Town is responsible for assigning a street number to each lot in a street, in accordance with Australian Standard 4819:2011 (Rural and Urban Addressing), to ensure unambiguous and easy identification of each individual lot.
Landowners can apply to the Town to amend their street address.
The Town will not support street amendment requests for the following reasons:
- property values
- business purposes
- the number is considered unlucky
- to improve the “feng shui” of the property
- religious reasons
- personal preferences.

There is no fee.
