When booking our venues, factors such as the size of the event, the availability of the venue and the use of the space by the public will be taken into consideration. Please note that in some instances the venue requested may not be the best venue for the staging of this activity.
War Memorial Town Hall
The historic War Memorial Hall forms part of the main Civic Centre building in Broome Street. The hall has stunning jarrah wood details and is used frequently for wedding receptions, corporate events and large workshops.
The capacity for War Memorial Hall is 80 people.

Lesser Hall
The Town of Cottesloe's Lesser Hall was extensively renovated in 2016 and is now an attractive and modern space available for hire. The renovated hall is the perfect space for meetings, training and small events.
The historic building was upgraded to a modern standard and includes:

Installation of a brand new modern kitchen, toilet facilities, audiovisual equipment, an internal partition and climate control

New Blue Gum timber floorboards and a new roof and ceiling

Newly painted, inside and out
