Lesser Hall

The Town of Cottesloe Lesser Hall is the perfect venue for indoor workshops, meetings, exercise classes, training, and small events.

The capacity for the Civic Centre Lounge is up to 60 people. External catering is permitted.

Weddings are not permitted in this facility. 

Hire includes: 

• Basic kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, and hot plates
• Private use of toilets
• The venue has Blue Gum timber floorboards and a mirror on one side that can be closed with curtains
• Furniture includes 40 plastic chairs and 5 trestle tables
• Wheelchair-friendly access and accessible toilets
