Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) applications 

An application for development approval on land that is reserved under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) must be lodged with the Town, via email (town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au), post or hand delivery to the Town's Administration Centre.    

MRS application requirements are as follows:  

  • Completed MRS Form 1
  • Completed Checklist
  • Plans and supporting information as required by the checklist

MRS applications are determined by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
