Commercial Waste

The Town of Cottesloe currently offers a limited range of waste services to commercial properties within Cottesloe.  Owners of commercial properties can choose to use the Town's waste services or the services of private waste contractors.

Commercial waste fees are listed in the current Town's Schedule of Fees and Charges.

From 1 July 2025, annual commercial waste servicing charges will be added to the rates notice of the service property. The option to have bi-monthly invoices will be discontinued for waste services after 30 June 2025.  Tenants of commercial properties should approach the property owner if they require a commercial waste service delivered by the Town of Cottesloe.
