Development Assessment Panel
The State’s Development Assessment Panel (DAP) makes decisions on major development applications across Western Australia. Each panel includes two elected members from the local council, alongside independent planning experts. Elected members play an important role by bringing local knowledge and community perspectives to the decision-making process, ensuring that developments consider both planning requirements and the values of the Town of Cottesloe.
