The Town of Cottesloe is upgrading its information technology solutions and will launch with Datascape, a modern cloud-based software suite in early July.
The rollout of the new software comes with many new features which will support Town staff in delivering high levels of customer service, as well as improving efficiency behind the scenes.
Modules such as customer service requests, planning, building, finance, and property and rating will allow the Town to streamline internal operations and improve the way services are delivered to our residents, ratepayers, and all of our customers.
The transition period is currently in place. During this time the Town is operating on a limited capacity to process customer service requests, with online services being impacted. We ask our community to be mindful of this, and we appreciate your patience during the change-over. Essential services continue, and in-person and over the phone assistance is available from the Town’s Customer Service team located at the Civic Centre.
Following the transition period, the community will be able to submit requests and make payments through the Town’s website, and is introducing a new MyCottesloe on-line portal where you can self-manage online payments, reports and service requests, while the Town’s Customer Service team will continue to offer valuable in-person service for those who prefer face-to-face support, as well as over the phone assistance.
The launch of the new system has been a huge project for the Town of Cottesloe. We look forward to offering faster and more efficient services to our community following its implementation.
