Budget Workshops

Each year a series of workshops are scheduled to develop the Town's budget for the following financial year. Workshops are attended by Elected Members, the Town's Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Financial Officers to facilitate the preparation of the annual budget, with the draft Budget generally presented to a Council meeting in July.  No decisions are taken at Budget Workshops.
