Who can vote?

Individuals

• An individual that owns and lives in a Town of Cottesloe ward.
• An individual that owns property in a Town of Cottesloe ward but does not live here.
• An individual that does not own but is occupying a property in a Town of Cottesloe ward for at least 3 months continuously and under a legal agreement e.g. lease. Proof of occupation may be requested by the Town.

Body Corporates

• Two nominees of a body corporate that own property in a Town of Cottesloe ward.
• Two nominees of a body corporate that does not own but is occupying a property in a Town of Cottesloe ward for at least 3 months continuously and under a legal agreement eg. lease. Proof of occupation may be requested by the Town.

Enrolment Check

You may be automatically enrolled on the State electoral roll for your residential property address. Check your State electoral enrolment is up to date by calling the Western Australian Electoral Commission on 13 63 06 or online.
