Please note that you must book sufficient time for the set up and pack down of your event. Bookings are scheduled in full one hour blocks.

Wedding Photos
Bookings can be made for wedding photos at both the Civic Centre grounds and Cottesloe beach. For more information regarding wedding photos, please see our wedding photo page.
Bookings
To book, please complete the Wedding Ceremony Application form specific to the style of the wedding (Civic Centre locations or beach locations) and ensure that you have read the Conditions of Use. Applications are to be returned to town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au and are not confirmed until payment has been received and an approval letter has been issued.

Civic Centre Map
War Memorial Hall
The historic War Memorial Hall forms part of the main Civic Centre building in Broome Street. With stunning jarrah wood details and stage facilities, the War Memorial Hall is a perfect venue for an indoor wedding.
Main Lawn & Main Lawn Stage
The Main Lawn is the largest lawn area in the Civic Centre grounds. It is used regularly for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and community events. The main lawn is the only area of the grounds that has BBQ's available for public use. The stonework of the stage creates a beautiful setting for special occasions.

Secret Garden
The Secret Garden (also know as Playground 2) is a smaller lawn area nestled into the lower leafy section of the grounds. As the title suggests, this garden is a well-kept secret and a perfect location for wedding photographs.

Sunken Lawn
The Sunken lawn is regularly used for smaller wedding receptions and corporate events. The intimate feel of the lawn section creates an exclusive section of the grounds for guests. This area of the grounds is closely linked to the Civic Centre building and toilets and parking are easily accessible. Rotunda
The Rotunda, also known as the 'Summer House', has been restored to its former glory. A peaceful setting to have an intimate wedding ceremony.

Beach Locations
Arch Monument
Cottesloe can offer the beautiful Arch Monument, located overlooking the beach at Cottesloe. Share your wedding vows with your family and friends to the gentle lapping of the ocean against the shore, whilst the sun sets, with spectacular ocean and Rottnest views
As only simple ceremonies can be booked at beach locations, no equipment or infrastructure can be used and no catering or alcohol can be consumed at these locations.
North Cottesloe Beach
If you would prefer the sand between your toes for a true beach wedding, North Cottesloe Beach can offer its famous white sand and turquoise waters.
