The Town of Cottesloe understands that residents may experience financial hardship and offers assistance options for eligible applicants.
To apply, please complete the following forms:
Important Information:
- The application form must be completed in full and submitted with the signed Statutory Declaration.
- The Statutory Declaration is mandatory for your application to be considered.
- Submit your completed forms via:
- Email: town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au
- In person: At the Town's Administration office located at Cottesloe Civic Centre (109 Broome Street, Cottesloe) during business hours (8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday).
What is this for?
This process is designed to assist residents who are experiencing genuine financial hardship and are unable to meet their payment obligations (such as rates, fees, or charges).
Applications will be assessed in accordance with the Town’s Financial Hardship Policy.
