The Town of Cottesloe is inviting community feedback on a proposal by Alchemy Saunas for a single-storey sauna building on part of the North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club (NCSLSC) ski shed roof at 151 Marine Parade. The proposal includes upgrades to the adjoining public space including improved surfacing and drainage, seating, shade, water refill station and artwork. The proposed operating hours are 5am to 9pm daily, with a maximum of 22 people per hour.

A ‘drop in’ information session will be held on Saturday, 13 June from 9.30 to 11.30am at the Lesser Hall (next to Cottesloe Civic Centre) at 109 Broome Street. Come along any time during the morning to view the plans and speak to the applicant about the proposal.
