The State Government has announced new measures intended to streamline planning and development to accelerate housing supply around Perth’s metropolitan train stations.
Station Precinct Improvement Plan no.65
These changes will affect the Cottesloe, Swanbourne and Mosman Park train stations, which will now be subject to Improvement Plans and Schemes.
