Residential and Visitor Parking Permits
The Town of Cottesloe issues parking permits to residents and visitors within designated permit parking areas. The intent of the parking permits is to ensure that residents can access to on-street parking near a residence.
The permits are only valid for the street in which the resident resides and do not negate the requirement to comply with all other laws. The permits do not entitle the holder to a specific parking position, the availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed. The number of parking permits issued may be subject to availability.
