T03/2026 – Paid Parking Systems and Support 

The Town of Cottesloe invites submissions from suitably experienced Contractors to undertake the implementation and support for Paid Parking Technologies within the Town Centre.

The Contractor must demonstrate their capabilities, qualifications and experience in the provision of all materials, labour, equipment, ongoing service/maintenance/support, warranties, and training necessary to install and commission the following key elements:

  • Cashless Pay-by-Plate Parking Meters and associated Contractor Hosted Systems including Payment gateway
  • Parking Pay by Phone service and signage

***A mandatory briefing will be held at 2pm (WST) on Thursday, 30 July 2026 via TEAMS. Attendance to this meeting is mandatory for bid consideration. Please register your intention to attend the briefing by email to drsadmin@cottesloe.wa.gov.au

T02/2026 – Event Management Services 

The Town of Cottesloe is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders for the provision of event management services at the Cottesloe Civic Centre precinct. 

This includes the management of private, commercial and corporate events such as weddings and conferences, including bookings coordination and delivery of events. The successful contractor may provide all aspects of event delivery, including catering, food and beverage, equipment and associated services, as detailed in the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. 

The Town will retain responsibility for the delivery of its community events and programming, with the successful contractor working in partnership to support the overall use and activation of the Civic Centre. 

*** An information session and site inspection have been rescheduled and will now be held on Friday, 17 July at 10am (10:00am to 11:00am on Monday, 29 June 2026), at the Town of Cottesloe Lesser Hall - 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe 

Attendance at this session is a pre-requisite for tender consideration.
