T05/2026 – Marine Parade Shared Path Upgrade - Construction 

The Town of Cottesloe (Town) is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction and upgrade of the Town’s shared pathway along Marine Parade.

The project extends along Marine Parade from Curtin Avenue in the south to North Street in the north and includes associated civil, drainage, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure works.

A mandatory site meeting will be held on Friday, 11 September at 11am at the Town’s Civic Centre, located at 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe WA 6011.

Tenderers shall notify the Town of Cottesloe of their intent to attend prior to the meeting by email to:  engineering@cottesloe.wa.gov.au

The request for tender documents are available on Tenderlink - https://www.tenderlink.com/cottesloe/

Tender submissions must be lodged via Tenderlink, in accordance with requirements in the request for tender document by 4:00pm, Wednesday 30 September 2026.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
