Deputations Application Online Form

The Local Government (Meeting Procedure) Local Law 2021 details the full requirements for the application of Deputations. Please read this before proceeding.

Please submit a hard copy of this Deputation Application Form to the presiding member prior to the commencement of the subject Ordinary Council Meeting, if this form has been submitted within 24 hours of that meeting and a response has not been received from the Chief Executive Officer.

A Deputation is not to address the council for a period exceeding 10 minutes without the consent of the presiding member.

A Deputation invited to attend a Council meeting is not to exceed 5 persons, only two of whom may address the Council, unless otherwise approved by the presiding member.
