New Local Laws

Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2023

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Town of Cottesloe resolved on 24 October 2023 to make a new Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2023.

The Parking and Parking Facilities Amendment Local Law 2023 was published in the Western Australian Government Gazette on 10 November 2023. 

The Local Law will come into effect on 24 November 2023.

In accordance with section 3.12. of the Local Government Act 1995, Procedure for Making Local Laws, proposed local laws are to be published on the Town's official website after the local law has been published in the Gazette.
