Missed Bin Collections – Updated Reporting Process

The Town of Cottesloe would like to inform our residents of an update to the process for reporting missed bin collections.

If your bin has not been collected, please contact the Town’s waste contractor, Solo Resource Recovery, directly on 9410 1566 to report the missed service and arrange for your bin to be emptied.

Contacting Solo directly will enable them to organise a return collection as quickly as possible.

Bin Placement Reminder

To help ensure your bin is collected please:

  • Place bins on the verge by 6.00am on your scheduled collection day;

  • Allow at least ½ metre between bins; and

  • Ensure bins are positioned at least 1 metre clear of overhanging trees, parked cars, or other obstructions.

Correct placement helps collection vehicles safely lift and empty bins without delay.
