NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY DIFFERENTIAL RATES

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Town of Cottesloe advises its intention to levy the following differential rates in 2026/2027.

The rate in the dollar ($) shown above may change as part of Council's deliberations, and after reviewing submissions received.

A statement describing the objects and reasons for adopting the differential rates is available from the Town of Cottesloe, 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe WA 6011 or on the Town's website www.cottesloe.wa.gov.au.

Written submissions on the proposed differential rates close at 4pm on Friday 7 August 2026 and should be addressed to the undersigned and sent to PO Box 606, Cottesloe WA 6911 or to town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au.
