Cottesloe Skatepark Project

Final Concept Plan

A skate facility in the Town of Cottesloe is one step further after the concept design was approved at the February 2022 Council Meeting.

Thank you to the skaters in our community who took part in the design workshops and online survey late last year. Convic, the consultants on this project, incorporated the feedback received and a concept design for a family friendly skate park with a pool style bowl, street skate area and pump track was presented to and accepted by Council. Acceptance of the concept design has enabled the Town to seek grant funding for the detail design and construction of the skate facility. As part of this, the Town will develop a concept plan for native revegetation for the whole of John Black Dune Park in partnership with Cottesloe Coastcare and Perth NRM.
