Proposed Two Storey Dwelling with Roof Terrace - Lot 20 (12) Deane Street, Cottesloe


The Town has received an application for planning approval to develop a two storey dwelling with a roof terrace at 12 Deane Street, Cottesloe which seeks discretion against the deemed to comply provisions of State Planning Policy 7.3 - Residential Design Codes of Western Australia. The Town is therefore seeking public comment with regard to the following variations sought:

  • Visual Privacy to western boundary;

  • Lot Boundary Setback to western boundary;

  • Site Works within the front setback area (excavation). 

Details of the proposal  are available for inspection below and at the Town’s offices at 109 Broome Street, Cottesloe between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Town, in writing, on or before Monday 3 February 2020. Please be advised that your written submissions may be published in the Council agenda for public access.
