Development Applications Open for Public Consultation

Below is a list of all planning (development) applications that are currently being considered by the Town's Planning Services. As standard practice for applications requiring public consultation, the Town will always inform nearby and adjoining households of the proposal in writing for a period of no less than 14 days.

All applications will be processed and determined under delegated authority by the Towns' administration based upon their planning merit. Should a proposal be deemed likely to bear an unacceptably adverse impact on the surrounds of the site subject to the proposal and / or contravene the requirements of the Town's Local Planning Scheme No.3, the Town may elect to discuss the proposal at the next available Council meeting. All submissions received during the public consultation period will be considered at Council prior to the proposal being determined.

Should you have any queries regarding one of the proposals below, please contact the Town's Planning Services via 9285 5000, in email to town@cottesloe.wa.gov.au, or in person via appointment only during  the Town's business hours 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
